"Jim O’Dowd of CTLD Services and Design did extensive work on our house in Boulder in order to prepare it to be rented.  He replaced every light fixture, all light switches, put new flooring in on the first floor after tearing out the carpet, put the trim up, changed out the kitchen faucet and numerous other jobs.  Jim also trimmed the tree’s in front of the house of any wayward limbs.
